1. Who we are
The website anypic.ai ("AnyPic", "we", "us") is operated by ФОП Аліщук Дмитро Сергійович (FOP Alishchuk Dmytro Serhiiovych), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, tax ID (ІПН) 3424304096. AnyPic is an AI-assisted image service: you describe the image you need and license images from our own library. Every image we offer is an original work created in-house by AnyPic (using our own production and AI-generation pipeline); we own the full rights to all content we sell and do not resell or redistribute any third-party content. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
AnyPic lets you search our photo library through an AI chat, preview watermark-free thumbnails, and purchase full-resolution downloads either per image or through a subscription plan. Search results are produced by automated systems and may not always be perfect; they are suggestions, not guarantees of fitness for your purpose.
3. Accounts and guest purchases
You can buy without registering: we create a lightweight account tied to your email so your purchases are kept for you, and email you permanent download links. You can claim this account at any time by setting a password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and download links confidential. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, applicable VAT/sales tax, receipts, and payment security. Per-image purchases are one-time charges; subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. License to purchased images
When you purchase an image (per image or via subscription quota), we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the image in your personal and commercial projects — websites, marketing, presentations, print, social media, and similar uses.
You may NOT:
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image itself (as a file), including in templates, stock collections, or print-on-demand products where the image is the main value;
- claim authorship or register the image as a trademark;
- use the image in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading contexts, or in a way that suggests endorsement by any person depicted;
- use images to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
Editorial-looking content (recognizable people, places, brands) may require additional releases for commercial use; you are responsible for how you use an image in your specific context.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund for any purchase within 14 days of payment; refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record. Defective files are replaced or refunded at any time. Full details: Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping or bulk-downloading of previews, no attempts to bypass payment or access controls, no automated account creation, and no use of the chat for anything other than searching images.
8. Intellectual property
All images offered on AnyPic are original works created by AnyPic, and all images, site content, and software remain the exclusive property of AnyPic. We do not host, sell, or redistribute content belonging to third parties. Except for the license in section 5, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves; the "Last updated" date above changes accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
