1. What this covers

This policy explains what data AnyPic (anypic.ai) collects, why, and what your choices are. The data controller is ФОП Аліщук Дмитро Сергійович (FOP Alishchuk Dmytro Serhiiovych), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, tax ID (ІПН) 3424304096, operating anypic.ai. We collect the minimum needed to run an image store: we do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising trackers.

2. What we collect

Account data — your email address, a display name, and a password hash if you set a password. Guest purchases create an account from just your email.
Search chats — the messages you type into the AI search and the results shown. They power your chat history and help us improve search quality.
Purchase data — your orders, subscriptions, download history, and library. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paddle (our payment provider and merchant of record) and never reach our servers.
Cookies — strictly functional: a session cookie when you sign in and an anonymous identifier that keeps your cart and chats together before you have an account. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept briefly for security and rate limiting.

3. How we use it

to run the service: search, cart, checkout, downloads, your library;
to send transactional email — receipts and download links (via Resend);
to improve search quality by analyzing anonymized query patterns and outcomes;
to prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and we never sell or rent personal data.

4. Who processes your data

Paddle.com — payment processing and tax handling (merchant of record);
Resend — delivery of transactional email;
DigitalOcean — cloud hosting of the application and image files (EU region).

Each processor receives only what it needs for its function.

5. Retention

Account, purchase, and library data are kept while your account exists, because they prove your license to the images you bought. Search analytics are kept in identifiable form for up to 90 days. Server logs are kept briefly.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to support@anypic.ai from the email on your account. Deleting your account removes your personal data; a minimal purchase record may be retained where required for tax and accounting law. EU/EEA visitors have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes will be announced on the site.
